今天左上臂外侧靠近肩膀的地方筋肉疼,似乎拉伤了,这个地方已经持续一个多月了,可能是上次坐举的量大了,今天就疼重了。
今天生日,万里无云。正如我这碌碌无为的人生,也无风雨也无成,也许唯一可以宽慰的就是平安健康吧。偈曰:千江有水千江月,万里无云万里心。人生过半,但愿未来仍有可期。
