暑假马上开始了,今天练完器械,估计要两个月以后才能再练了,所以今天专项练器械坐举,卧推,坐拉,膝关节,坐推,负重深蹲等60分钟.胸肌和臂肌都感到酸木了。

最后在瑜伽垫上练腹肌20分钟。
